Probably at 98% today.  I had fun with the sandbag get ups and was reminded that push ups are not my friend… one day.

1A. Close grip bench press 4 x 6-8 @ 31×1 / 90 sec

8 x 110 / 8 x 115 / 7 x 120 / 6 x 120

1B. Kettlebell swings 4 x 15 @ 1.5 pood / 90 sec rest

Unbroken.

2A. Sandbag walking lunges 55 lbs x 20 steps / 10 sec rest

Had to go with 55 lbs because that’s what I had.  Legs felt a little fatigued at end of each set.

2B. Sandbag get ups 55 lbs x 10 / 2:00 rest

Never done these before.  Awkward, but fun… and not too easy.

3. Tabata push ups – strict form

11/6/6/5/4/4/4/4.  This was a real kick in the pants.  Felt fatigue in my arms at first, last two sets I felt fatigue in my core as well.
