M 1.20.14

1A. Back Squat @ 32×1; 4 x 3-4 / 2:00 (heavier than last Monday)

202.4 x 4 / 209 x 4 / 213.4 x 4 / 220 x 3.  Managed to go heavier than last week.

1B. Glute / ham raises

 10 / 10 / 10 / 10.  Again slightly assisted – mostly due to my goofy GHD at home.

2. 12 minute EMOM: min 1 – 2 weighted pulls @ 20 lbs, min 2 – 3 wall walks, min 3 – 10 wall balls, repeat.

Don’t think I could have done more than 2 weighted pull ups per round unless I came off the bar to rest.  The wall walks were the toughest movement and the one that took the largest percentage of the minute.  Felt shoulder fatigue throughout.

3 x 500m row @ 85% (1:55 – 2:05) / rest walk 2:00

 1:58.5 / 1:58.3 / 1:59.0.  Not bad, felt leg fatigue in the third round.
