More hotel fun today… actually today wasn’t that bad. With the weekend travelers out there was definitely more room today. Only one more day of this and back to my home turf.
1A. DB forward lunge alternating 4 x 12 steps / 60 sec rest
30 / 35 / 40 / 45 lbs. 40s and 45s started to get tough.
1B. DB push press 4 x 10 – 12 @ 21×2 / 90 sec rest
12 x 35 / 10 x 40 / 10 x 40 / 10 x 40 lbs. These got pretty tough. I could also feeling myself hyperextending my back as they became more challenging. Perhaps I should have kept the weight down a bit.
75 DB goblet squats (55 lbs)
50 alternating hand DB snatches (45 lbs)
75 unanchored sit ups
15:23. Finished squats at 4:26, snatches at 8:50. This definitely worked my core. Felt my back side during the squats and snatches and my abs during the sit ups. Hadn’t done unanchored sit ups in forever… those were tough!
