Th 1.16.14



Still have to blow my nose between sets, but mostly feel good now.  

1. Front squat x2 EMOM for 10 min @ 85%

4 rounds of 225 followed by 6 rounds of 205.  Stupid mistake here, accidentally calculated percentage off old 1RM… first few rounds were pretty tough!

2. Power clean off blocks (mid thigh) cluster 1-1-1 (10 sec) x 5 / 90 sec rest

115 / 125 / 135 / 145 / 155.  Got tough on the last round.

3 A. Strict pull up cluster 2-2-2 (15 sec) x 4 / 60 sec

Made it through the pull up clusters.  Last rep in the last two rounds got tough.

3 B. 4 x 25 anchored sit ups

Sit ups weren’t too bad.

40-30-20-10 Double unders
10-20-30-40 DB deadlifts (45lbs)

5:50.  Double unders were all unbroken.  Last two rounds of deadlifts were pretty tough and the thing that slowed me down the most.  Had to take a couple rests.  Felt a little fatigue in hamstrings, but mostly in lower back.
