Not feeling sluggish today… thank goodness!

1. 20 heavy turkish get ups – focus on hitting positions correctly

 8 x 1pood / 8 x 45lb DB / 4 x 1.5 pood.  Started a bit lighter so that I could really concentrate on hitting the positions.

30 sec @ 90% on airdyne / 30 sec walk/rest x 10
rest 2 min
repeat

 Maintained approximately 300 W during sprints.  Was maintainable.
