Stressful deadline passed this afternoon.  Felt pretty good during training session this evening.  This workout wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it would be, probably means I should have pushed a bit harder.

Kept a steady maintainable pace the whole time.  Probably should have pushed it a bit harder.  Row was 1:55 – 2:00 pace, airdyne was 240 – 250 W average, bear crawls were tough, esp. on shoulders and hamstrings, skipping rope was steady singles for the minute, run was mostly recovery – lighter jog maintained, probably could have pushed this harder, 4/5/5/5/5 on sandbag get ups.
