Feeling pretty good today.  No knee pain.  Still feels a little tight, so I think it was wise to avoid squats.  No issues with the cleans, burpees or rowing though

1. Deadlift, build to a tough TnG triple in 12 minutes

 343 lbs.  Better than 315 on 12/30.


2. Power clean, 2, 2, 2, 2 / 2:00

 152 lbs / 172 lbs / 182 lbs / 194 lbs

6 rounds + 3 PCs.  Toughest transition was burpees to TTB.  Row was pretty tough too, went out too fast… turns out heavy DLs fatigue your hamstrings.
