Another day at OPT, though much less successful.  Unfortunately my lower back hindered my performance on the WOD and I had to stop before the 15 minutes was up.

A1. Push press 5,5,5,5,5 / 90 sec

115 lbs x 5 / 120 x 5 / 125 x 5 / 130 x 5 / 135 x 5

A2. Weighted pull ups 3-4 x 5 / 90 sec

15 lbs x 4 / 20 x 4 / 25 x 3 / 25 x 3 / 25 x 3;

B. FLR accum 45 sec x 4 / 45 sec

Easy.

6 + 1; My lower back lit up on me the second half;  I had to stop with 1:30 left because of my back.  HSPU also were not cooperating.
