 Still feeling pain in my knee.  Hoping a weekend of (mostly) rest will help with recovery

1A. Weighted dips 5 x 3-4 @ 21×1 / 90sec rest

 4x20lbs / 4×20/4×20 / 4×20.

1B. Push press 85 lbs; 4 x 12-15 / 90sec rest

 12 / 12 / 12 /12.  Had to use 93lbs.

2. Powell raises 3 x 10-12 @ 2010 / 60sec rest

 12x10lbs / 12×10 / 12×10.

30 Toes to bar
30 Hand release push ups

 6:43.  Finished airdyne in 1:19.  Got a couple good sets of kipping TTB in and then they fell apart and it was only a couple at a time.  Push ups were tough, did 5 at a time.
