A1. Shoulder press 4 x 6 – 8 / 90 sec rest

85 lbs x 8 / 90 x 8 / 95 x 8 / 100 x 8; Each set felt tough, but I guess I should have gone a bit heavier.

A2. Weighted pull ups 4 x 2-3 / 90 sec rest

20 lbs x 3 / 22.5 x 3 / 25 x 3 / 27.5 x 3;  These never seem to get easier.

Rd 1 – 4:29; Rd 2 – 4:25; Rd 3 – 4:39;  Did not do this well.  Double unders were very inconsistent.  Pushed the last row too hard and started to feel a little sick.  Had to pause before continuing.  Same thing happened last week in the WOD that was increasing intensity.  Need to work on pacing.
