T 2.4.14

 Spend some time mobilizing today.  Still felt my knee a bit throughout the workout today.  Nothing sharp or strong, just a slight “twinge.”  Think it’d probably be best to lay off heavy knee work the rest of the week so I can focus on mobilizing and recovery.  I still don’t think it’s a major issue, just want to take care of it as a precaution.

1. Close grip bench press 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 / 2:00 rest – heavier than 1/15

 155 / 160 / 165 / 170 / 175.  Each set was tough, think I could have gone 5lbs heavier on last set though.

2. DB single arm row @ 21×1; 4 x 6-8 / 60 sec rest

8 x 45 lbs each set.  Didn’t feel too bad, but I don’t think I was getting the shoulder blade retraction I could get at lighter weights, probably should stick with 40lbs for a bit.

KBS: 17 / 17 / 17 / 17; BJ: 14 / 14 /14 / 14; Snatch: ? / 10 / 10 / 8 (shoe came untied); P/u: 4 / 4 / 5 / 5.  My last rest period was a little off, clock went bonkers on me.  Transition to pull ups was a bit slow and I was winded getting to those which was a limiter.
