Fairly light day today.  Squats felt heavy.

A1. Front squat 3 x 4 – 5 / 60 sec

185 lbs x 5 / 195 x 5 / 205 x 5;  Felt heavy today.

A2. G/H raises 3 x 10 / 90 sec

These weren’t too bad, was using the nicer GHDs at the gym today instead of my one at home.

B1. Tempo back extensions @ 4112; 3 x 8 – 10 / 30 sec

10 / 10 / 10; Last couple on the last round were tough!

B2. Controlled KTE (no kip) 3 x 10 – 15 / 60 sec

11 / 11 / 10; I feel more than anything, my ability to hang on the bar is limited.  Maybe partially grip, maybe shoulder strength.
