Th 2.6.14



 Knee is still bugging me.  I’ve been icing it and spending a good amount of time stretching.

1. Seated Good Mornings 4 x 6-8 @ 31×1 / 2:00

 185 x 8 / 195 x 8 / 205 x 8 / 215 x 8.  Definitely felt my knee as I squatted down to the seated position.

2. Strict dips AMRAP in 3:00

 27 total (8/6/4/4/3/2).

EMOM in 15:00
Minute 1: 3 HSPU
Minute 2: 12 KBS – 1.5 pood
Minute 3: 1 Rope climb 20′

Couldn’t do rope climbs, aggravated my knee.  Also couldn’t airdyne or row as suggested because of my knee.  Ended up subbing 5 strict pull ups in minute 3.
