Managed to get into a non-hotel gym today which was a nice change of pace.

1A. DB inclined bench press 3 x 10-12 / 10 sec rest

40 lbs x 12 / x 12 / x 10.

1B. DB flat bench press 3 x 10-12 / 10 sec rest

47.5 lbs x 12 / x 10 / 45 lbs x 8.

1C. AMRAP hand release push ups / 3:00 rest

4 / 3 / 3.  I was wrecked by the time I got here.  Could have done more probably, but they would have been really sloppy.

2A. DB pull overs 3 x  10 / 10 sec rest

30 lbs x 10 / x 10 / x 10.

2B. 2 DB row 3 x 10-12 / 10 sec rest

37.5 lbs x 12 / 40 lbs x 10 / x 10.

2C. DB alternating curls 3 x 10 / 3:00

27.5 lbs x 10 / x 10 / x 10. These were the toughest move in part 2 for me.
