 Had to switch Tuesday workout to today due to ankle injury.  Hoping to be completely better for tomorrow.  We’ll see….

A1. Shoulder press 2-3 tough + push press AMRAP (-1) x 4 / 3:00

98 lbs x 3 + 7 PP; 103 lbs x 3 + 7 PP; 108 x 3 + 10 PP; 113 x 2 + 4 PP;  This was limited due to my ankle.

A2. 2 DB Row @ 20×1; 4 x 6-8 / 90 sec

35 lbs x 8 / 40 x 8 / 45 x 7 / 45 x 7;

B1. Close grip bench press @ 30×1; 3 x 4-5 / 60 sec

132 lbs x 5 / 142 x 5 / 152 x 4.

B2. Powell raise @ 2010; 3 x 10-12 / 60 sec

10lbs x 12 / 10 x 12 / 10 x 12;  Don’t think I can make the jump up to 15 yet.
