A. Thrusters 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 / 2:00

132lbs / 142 / 147 / 152 / 157.  The higher rep ones were tough.  Think I might have had a bit more in me for the single.

B. Russian step ups 4 x 6-8 / 60 sec (20″ box)

35lbs x 8 / 40 x 8 / 45 x 8 / 45 x 8;  45lbs were tough.  Probably about the max I can do at 8 reps.  Balance was a challenge on some of the sets. 

C. Toes to bar 4 x 10 / 60 sec

10 / 10 / 9 + 1 (stayed on bar) / 7 + 3 (came off bar).  TTB continue to be my nemesis, as demonstrated on Saturday.  I will say I feel that they’re improving though.

D. Double unders 30 sec amrap / rest 30 sec x 8

43 / 37 / 29 / 23 / 39 / 41 / 25 / 27.  Only had a junker plastic rope… made it a bit tougher.  Kept breaking – skill limited, not conditioning.  Though with the heavier rope I definitely noticed my shoulders burning.
