B1. Prone row @ 2011; 8,8,8,8 / 90 sec

85lbs / 85 / 85 / 85;

B2. MB Carry 50m x 4 / 90 sec (100lbs ball – couldn’t find the 90lbs one)

odd-4 strict pull ups
even-4-6 strict dips

5 dips each round – shoulders felt a bit stressed with that dip setup – probably just because it’s different than what I normally use.
