2 rounds 10 x OHS 95lbs, 10 x CTB pull ups
Minutes 3:00 – 6:00
2 rounds 12 x OHS 95lbs, 12 x CTB pull ups

67 reps.  This was a disappointment.  CTB are always tough for me, but I thought I had improved a bit.  Broke ’em up in first two rounds into sets of 5… not too bad.  Then in the third round I had nothing left.  Many failed reps.  Just struggled to get my chest to make contact with the bar.  Think I was relying too much on my arms and not enough on the kip in the beginning.  Oh well.
