1A. Shoulder press 2.2.2 x 4 / 90 sec

 88 lbs / 98 / 103 / 103;  First cluster I kept the bar in the front rack – couldn’t keep that up and build weight, so I re-racked for the following sets.  Took approx. 10 sec between cluster sets.

1B. Weighted pull ups 3, 3, 2, 2 / 90 sec

 20 lbs / 25 / 30 / 35; Last set was definitely the right load, barely got that second rep.
