135 lbs x 8 / 145 x 7 / 145 x 7 / 150 x 5;  Couldn’t get 6 reps on that last one.

1B. Romanian deadlift @ 41×1; 4 x 2 – 3 / 90 sec

 225 lbs x 3 / 235 x 3 / 245 x 3 / 255 x 3;

5:25 / 4:50 / 4:20;  Probably paced the earlier rounds a bit much, but after my last couple increasing intensity workouts where I fell apart at the end, I wanted to be able to actually improve each round.
