Th 3.20.14

Was able to squat today.  Felt a little tightness in my ankle, but not bad.

A1. Front Squats 2,2,2,2 / 2:00

205lbs / 225 / 235 / 245;  Felt pretty good.

A2. Weighted Pull ups 3,3,3,3 / 2:00

22.5 lbs / 25 / 27.5 / 30.  Better than two weeks ago.

KBS ladder 2,4,6,8,10,12… (as many breaths as swings for rest between rounds)

Made it through 34.  Breathing was fine.  Grip and traps were starting to fatigue – also my had was starting to get pretty torn up.  Didn’t want to completely destroy it so I stopped.  Probably could have gotten another couple rounds otherwise.
