 Hip power definitely seems as if it is increasing!

1. Hang power snatch x 3 EMOM; Start at 75lbs, build 10lbs each round until reaching max

 135 – a bit wobbly, but I got them all.  Failed first set at 145.

2. Power clean x 1 EMOM; Start at 95lbs, build 10lbs each round to a tough single

 205 – felt good.  Attempted 215, caught it above parallel, but just couldn’t hold on to it.

Min 2: 5 – 7 CTB pull ups
Min 3: 16 – 20 Walking lunges
Min 4: 7 – 10 TTB
Min 5: 10 – 15 Russian KBS (1.5pd)
