185 cals.  8 cals better than a few months ago.  Felt my quads burning really early on and then felt tricep fatigue kick in about 5 minutes in.  I averaged 240 – 250 Watts, but started and finished around 300 W.  RPE was definitely lower than the last time I did this workout.
