The overhead position continues to haunt me.

A. 2RM overhead squat

154 lbs.  2lbs more than 12/27 🙂

B. 1RM (Squat) Snatch

132 lbs.  Had plenty more in me but I just can’t stabilize the weight overhead.

C. 72% of 1RM x 20 for time
