A. Back Squat @ 22×1; 6,6,4,4 / 2:00

176 lbs / 186 / 198 / 208

B. RDL @ 31×1; 3-4 x 4 / 2:00

230 x 4 / 230 x 4 / 230 x 4 / 230 x 4;  Kept weight same, was working on getting my hips back and not bending my knees – still struggling a bit here.

C1. Front rack reverse lunges 4 x 14 alternating steps / 60 sec

88 lbs / 98 / 110 / 120; Last set was tough!

C2. Strict pull ups mixed grip (alternating each set) 4 x AMRAP / 90 sec

7 / 7 / 6 / 5;

D1. Anchored sit ups 3 x 30 / 30 sec

Had to break on last two sets.  These were tough!

D2. HR Strict push ups 3 x 15 / 60 sec

Continuing with the theme… these were tough too!  Kept moving for all 15.  Did my best to maintain form, still I could feel midline breaking.
