1. Front squat x 2 EMOM @ 80 – 85%: 10 min

198 lbs.  These felt good.  Really felt like my hammies were loaded unlike any front squatting before… maybe all the RDLs???

2. Hang squat clean and jerk x 5 / 2:00

132 / 154 / 176 / 198 (failed jerk) / 187.  Felt good, got a little too ambitious.

3. CTB Pull ups ladder 10-1

7:08.  10/9/8/6/4/5/3/3/2/1.  Wasn’t sure if you wanted each round unbroken.  Really struggled with that.  Not all the reps were chest to bar – this movement is bad for me.
