Definitely a better testing day than yesterday.
A. Power clean 1 RM
225. Failed 230. Definitely had it high enough, just couldn’t get elbows around fast enough. Much better than the 198 I did on 12/24.
B. Close grip bench press 1RM
195. Failed 200. Much, much better than the 163 I did on 12/28.
C. Weighted pull up 1RM
50. Better than the 37.5 lbs I did on 12/25.
D. 100 Chest to bar pulls ups (in sets of 3) for time
20:39. This sucked. Hands were pretty wrecked.
