Great to be back at it today after 2 weeks off (injury and vacation).  Felt fatigue in my lower back during the second and third sets of A.  I think it was probably due to tightness from traveling home yesterday – way too many hours sitting on an airplane.

A1. Back squat @ 2010; 3-4 x 3 / 20 sec

198 lbs x 4 / 220 x 4 / 231 x 3.

A2. Back squat @ 2010; 8-10 x 3 / 20 sec

154 lbs x 10 / 165 x 9 / 176 x 6; legs = jello.

A3. Walking lunges 30 steps w/ 20# DBs in each hand x 3 / 3:00

B. 30 sec row @ 100% x 4 / 1:20 

163m / 161m / 161m / 159m.

C. 30 sec sit ups / 30 sec rest x 6

17 / 16 / 16 / 15 / 14 / 14.
