This isn’t for everyone.  If you’re making solid progress with your current training, by all means, keep doing what you’re doing.  But, if you’re looking for someone to hold you accountable, provide you with a personalized training program, nutritional counseling and lifestyle advice, then my coaching may be a good fit.

How Comprehensive Coaching Works

Comprehensive coaching begins with an initial skype / phone call where we dig into your current training program, goals and any frustrations with progress.  After this chat, I’ll put you through a battery of testing to assess your current fitness level.  The extent of this testing will depend on how long you’ve been training and your goals.  It will likely include a series of lifts and possibly some conditioning-oriented workouts.  The results of this testing will provide me with insight into your current level of fitness and any imbalances that need to be worked out.


With this information I will design a program specifically tailored to your needs that will help you achieve your goals.  This program will include regular testing to monitor progress toward these goals.  Any questions you have about the program, nutrition, etc. can all be submitted via email.  We’ll also check in via skype or phone every 6 weeks to get a clearer picture of where you are, how you’re feeling and how you’re progressing.

Rest assured, as one of my comprehensive coaching clients, you will receive my full attention.  I only accept a handful of clients at any given time, to ensure each person receives adequate attention.
