Coconut Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies
(grain free, egg free, and oh so good)
¼ c coconut oil
½ c coconut sugar
1/4 c water
1 T honey
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp vanilla
½ tsp baking soda
¼ c almond butter
¼ c plus 1 T whey protein (Now Sports Whey Protein Unflavored)
¼ c cashew meal
¼ c coconut flakes
1/4c chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients together and drop by rounded spoonfuls on greased baking sheet.
Bake at 375 for 6-7min (makes 16 cookies). Mmmmmm.
